Refund policy

At Vital Vibes, your satisfaction matters to us. Please read the information below carefully to understand how returns and refunds work. 

 

1. Right of Withdrawal  

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, if the conditions below are met. 

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods. 

 

2. Non-Returnable Items  

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Vital Vibes patches cannot be returned once the package has been opened or unsealed. 

We therefore do not accept returns for: 

  • Opened packs
  • Used or partially used patches
  • Products with broken seals 

*EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16) for sealed hygiene-sensitive goods. 

 

3. Eligible Returns 

You may return a product only if: 

  • The pack is unopened, unused, and sealed
  • The product is in original condition
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery 

Returned items must be sent back at your own cost, unless the return is due to an error on our side. 

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

If you receive: 

  • A damaged item
  • The wrong product
  • A missing item 

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: support@vital-vibes.eu  
Include: 

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the package and product 

We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. 

 

5. Refunds 

Once an eligible return is received and inspected: 

  • You will be notified by email
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method 

Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. 

 

6. How to Request a Return

Include: 

  • Order number
  • Reason for return (optional) 

We will provide return instructions if the request qualifies. 

 

7. Exchanges 

We do not offer direct exchanges. 
If eligible, please return the product and place a new order separately.
