These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Vital Vibes website (www.vital-vibes.eu) by consumers located within the European Union. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

 

3. Products & Intended Use 

Vital Vibes products are wellness patches intended for general lifestyle support and personal wellbeing. 

They are: 

  • Not medicines
  • Not medical devices
  • Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease 

Any descriptions, claims, or statements provided on this website are perception-based wellness statements and do not constitute medical advice. Individual experiences may vary. 

 

4. Ordering Process 

Orders are placed through the Vital Vibes website (www.vital-vibes.eu). 

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. 
The purchase contract is concluded once this confirmation email has been sent. 

 

5. Prices & Payment 

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. 

Payment methods available on the website are shown during checkout. 

Vital Vibes reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at checkout applies to your order. 

 

6. Shipping & Delivery 

We deliver to selected countries within the European Union. 

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary due to external factors. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures. 

 

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) 

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. 

Exceptions: 

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used wellness patch products cannot be returned. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing via email. 

 

8. Returns & Refunds 

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. 

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of returned goods, using the original payment method. 

 

9. Subscriptions  

If you purchase a subscription: 

  • It will renew automatically at the selected interval
  • You may cancel at any time via your account or by contacting support
  • Cancellation applies to future deliveries only 

No minimum commitment is required unless clearly stated at checkout. 

 

10. Personal Responsibility & Use 

Use of Vital Vibes products is voluntary and based on personal preference. 

We recommend consulting a healthcare professional if you have medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medication. 

 

11. Limitation of Liability 

Vital Vibes shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its products, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. 

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
